So I’m feeling a bit heavy lately and I have decided to lose a few pounds. The problem is that it is a lot easier to put on than take off. It seems that if I even look at food I gain weight.

I do exercise each and every day, I ride the exercise bike for an hour every day and I try to stay away from snack goodies.
