If you are eating nothing, your digestive system stops to work and the moment you are eating just as before, part of your food consumption will produce body fat. Do not have your fruit-meals for more than a week or if you have a fruit-dinner every other day for more than 2 to 3 weeks. Make diversity! Have dinner with fruit in two days, then in 3 days, then the next day, have regular dinners for the next3 days and have then another fruit-dinner and 2 days later again a fruit-dinner.
If you have a regular dinner, vary the amount of calories, so that digestive system does not get used to get less. You have to keep the digestive system working, which you do by having a little more as your body needs one day, a little less another, very little the next day and the following day quite a bit more.
You are changing the amount of calories or the quantity of your food intake, but during a certain period of time, you should have eaten less calories as your body needs. Your metabolic system will not have slowed down and yet you will lose weight. More importantly, you will continuously lose weight.
