With global warming that result in unpredictable weather patterns, farmers, especially in developing countries who rely on small scale farming without irrigation find it hard to know when to plant. In most cases, the crops cultivated are wiped out due to lack of rain. This leads to famine and hunger. Cookie diet come in handy in sustaining their lives until the situation improves.

Certain patients are restricted to particular diet. This is especially so for those suffering from obesity. A cookie diet provides a fast and rapid weight loss. This should however be undertaken after consulting with a physician just to ensure that the cookie diet is appropriate and will work well to achieve the desired result. For weight loss, a cookie diet is eaten any time a patient feels hungry in the course of the day and having a complete meal at dinner.

However, other cereal flours have been used in making special cookie diet for such people. So it does not necessarily mean that a cookie must be made from wheat flour. The cookie diet wheat flour is mixed with reasonable amount of water or milk to make dough. Beaten eggs can also be added.

Some people eat the resultant dough while in raw form. These are in most cases marketed as Cookie Dough Bites. They are obtained by mixing sugar, wheat flour and butter. The resultant dough is then dipped into vanilla or chocolate to achieve a desired flavor.

Cookie diet are generally low on calories and carbohydrates. A patient on a cookie diet can have very low of these and cause other health problems. However, this can be taken care of by visiting a physician just before embarking on the diet. Continued supervision also becomes necessary.

However, for those with other health problems such as high blood pressure, anemia and other diseases, consulting a physician before embarking on the cookie diet is highly recommended. This is to avoid situations where an existing health condition/problem is aggravated.

The body requires enough fiber that is beneficial to it. Fibre helps in achieving smooth bowel movement and in cleaning the colon. The colon has an important duty of discharging waste from the body and lack of fiber definitely affects it. Unclean colon results in frequent illnesses and diseases. Fiber also helps detoxify the body by helping in the removal of toxic substances. A cookie diet does not provide the body with fiber, and this affects the body negatively.

We all know that exercise is important to the body. Exercising in the course of a weight-reducing cookie diet should not be stopped at all. It can only be scaled down to accommodate the change in diet. But exercising should not be completely stopped.

Smart for Life Cookie Diet provides a safe and efficient way to lose weight by eating all-natural, appetite suppressing meal replacement diet cookies made without toxins and preservatives.
