Exploring the secrets of fast permanent weight loss
We eat to energize our body. There are cases that we eat, just to be filled up. Whether it is good for our body or not, is not really our prime concern. We may be busy on different tasks, so we just tend to stuff our mouth with just about anything available. Nutritional value is not on the top of our list. If our habits continue like this, then we are heading to some health problems.
Alkaline foods when digested leave an alkaline ash in our body. We need plenty of alkaline foods in order to maintain the required alkaline level in our body. Basically, to be considered balance in ratio, alkaline should be around 80% and 20% acid. Considerable amount of alkaline foods must be taken in order to achieve some kind of balance in our body.
Come take a look at what alkaline foods you have in your meal.
Lemon. It is rich in vitamin C. It acts as an antioxidant as well. It may be misunderstood as acidic in nature, but once digested, it produces an alkaline ash. You may want to try a drop of lemon in a glass of water to create a refreshing drink. Dairy products such as raw whole milk, egg yolk and fresh butter should be a part of your meal also. Buckwheat. It is high in iron and calcium. Spinach. It is not only a good source of fibber but it is said to be good for our eyes. Digestive tract also benefits from spinach. It is best eaten raw. Nuts such as almonds (which is good for the health of our bone) and olives in oil. Lots of fruits, except plums and cranberries; are alkaline. Others (like in citrus family) are thought as acidic, but when metabolized, become alkaline. Green leafy vegetables are excellent alkalizing food as well.
Meats and processed foods are not included in alkaline foods. They are in fact acid producing foods that we need to stay away from. Alkaline foods are preferred and well received by our immune system. Not only it promotes healthy body but also serves as cleanser; eliminating unwanted fats in our body.
Eating is a universal vice. It is as if ‘we live to eat’ not the other way around like ‘we eat to live’. But whichever you adhere; you must keep your food consumable in check. If you are eating alkalizing foods, good for you. However, if you are fanatic to processed foods then you may be heading for a serious illness in the future.
Inclusion of these alkaline foods in our meal is a sure way of getting a balance pH (potential of hydrogen) in our body. We should always eat these kinds of food as it substantially helps in maintaining the balanced environment of our body.
