If you really need to sweeten your smoothie a bit, use honey instead of sugar. It also teaches the art of food substitution so you eat less calories but still satisfy your craving. You can have low fat yogurt instead of ice cream or a piece of fruit instead of a bar of chocolate.
When you are aware, you comprehend the benefits of exercise to your weight loss program. Dieting makes you lose pounds, yes, but won’t do much towards developing leaner and stronger muscles.
