  2. @killernight755 . Hey, iv’e been having kangaroo, barrumundi, salmon and basa for my other protien sources for the last 8 weeks. Just for this last week, im only doing boiled chicken just to reduce the soduim and saturated fats. But here in Sydney, its hard to find some turkey breast at the local market.

  3. sorry man, i saw the other video and saw the kangaroo. Thanks . In where i live turkey breast its easy to find, thats why i said that. Have you try ostrich beef. Its 1 of the leanest meat in the world and very low in cholesterol. The bat part is the price!!!xd

  4. @killernight755 Oh don’t be sorry. That’s all good, I just finished my first day of this. I’m sick of chicken already lol, so im about to go out and buy some BASA fish, only 2grams of fat per 100. woot! I’ve never tried that hey. i dont think we even sell it here in Australia lol.
    Aghhh almost 2 days left, then I can carb up. too

  5. how much carb you will eat. I sam a video from a professional bodybuider and he eats 1000 g of carbs during that day. And in the first 3 days only 75 g. Huge difence!!!xd

  6. @killernight755 To tell you the truth im not too sure how much carbs i’ll be having. I have to monitor everything 100% cause I dont want to overspill and look flat. But I’ll have a cup of oats in the morning and 3 meals with brown rice. So probably only just 200grams each day. I’ll put another video up ;)
