Here’s my progress report after 32 total days of dieting. 26 total pounds lost 4.6% of my total body weight 2500 calories a day target goal 4280 BMR rate 2-3 workouts a week (1 hour in the pool) booya. Hope you’re proud. I am.

if you were in the UK you could get a gastric band fitted, I think it’s free under the NHS…. those things work wonders for guys your size

Atleast hge looks thiner!! (: i’m happy for him but damn i just can’t get skinny xD i’ve lost somewhere within tthe 20′s pounds….And i still look the same as be4….Lol….Idk if it’ll help but i weighed 185 ish and now 166

They have a sandwich you can buy at KFC now that doesn’t use bread, but uses chicken patties. Let me explain this for you Boogie. They don’t use bread, they use freakin fried chicken! God, I fucking love this country.

You can make a healthy version of a hamburger… make it at home. 110 calorie bun, 1/4 pound extra lean sirloin (300 calories) spice it up. Thats 400 calories for a regular burger built into your 2500 calorie day. No problem. Or skip the bun and go protein style and wrap it in some lettuce with a slice of swiss… 60 calories. 360 calories out of your budget.
