i’m trying to bulk up in size. I’m an adult 27 male. Right now I am meeting my goals. I am a 5’11 medium build frame. I can wear 30 x 32 pants. 30 x 32 shorts. I went from 150 – 161 lbs in a month. Starting weight was 135 lbs on a protein diet. I had an obesity problem for about 6-7 years and at my all time low I am 230. I drink a lot of water every day. It’s a plus isn’t it?

Good stuff! I am almost 40 and am still in pretty good shape because I follow most of your routine…I am Italian so it’s real tough not to indulge…I usually cheat once a week for sure…carbs are also an issue (pasta, bread etc). Anyway, all that you said is real good!
