  9. @llamapiccolo “If It Fits Your Macros”. Very true but the foods I suggest allow you to eat more of them which is more psychologically pleasing since they are so light in calories. A bowl of Jell-O Is more attractive to me than a handful of almonds, eh?

  10. @BriturTraining Nah, since a bowl of Jell-O offers me virtually no nutritional benefit, whereas from nuts I get increases satiation from healthy fats and a smidgen of protein.

  13. @rjp9871 I agree with this, since I run nearly 5 miles or more daily (usually at a more accelerated pace than most).

    But while running this much and working out I have also gained 5 pounds in 2 weeks. So I’m pretty sure that you just need to intake more calories to make up for the lost calories from running.
