  6. I cant have cheat days..I recently found out i have gallstones so now i have to eat heathly. But currently lost a stone in 3 weeks, by following the LLW videos.

Anther 4 great things for a diet is Green tea(which is pretty common),cabbage,oatmeal, and Hot sauce( it boost ur metabolism so u born fat faster. it also helps ur muscles 2) i eat alot of hot sauce cuz my husband loves it, so i just got use to eating it and now i crave it. oh and there r also some healthy Treats u can make like Lemon bars,apples with a mix of oatmeal,brown sugar,and cinnamon. cook in the microwave for a few mins. u can put a little low fat ice cream on top to ^.^

I kind of cheat daily :3 nutella is such a crime, I actually went today and put it very far back of the fridge where I can’t see it anymore ^^ it’s working so far, I’m way too lazy to go to the kitchen ^^ OMG it’s almost spring again, and then summer, for me, so I should seriously start taking ur advice more seriously, thanks for this series :)
