  9. @SixPackStruggle I tastes good at first but has a horribly bitter aftertaste.

  10. @SixPackStruggle In my opinion, I prefer stevia over splenda. They’re both nearly identical, but I think stevia might be the slightest bit sweeter. However, it could be the brand I buy (SweetLeaf) which is nothing but pure stevia extract

  14. @mclovin779 Oh, I hope it’s healthier, because I’m a little hesitant on Splenda because it’s chemical sweeteners and I don’t want to do that to my body! Thanks!

  19. @wtfgodieplz

    Per 2 teaspoons:
    Sugar – 32 calories, 8g net carbs, glycemic index = 70
    Stevia – 0 calories, 0g net carbs, = glycemic index = 0

    There you go.

    Comment by yankees33776 — July 30, 2011 @ 3:26 am

  24. @wtfgodieplz Processed sugar is not. And I guarantee you aren’t eating the real stuff. Look up what processed sugar does to your body.. When I did. I stopped eating it. I have been off it for 7 months now.
