  17. i lost 70 pounds 3 years ago with this kind of advice, it works, if you stop youl gain a bit back i gained 25 back with 5 inches in height and currently lost 15 back, just stay committed and it works. When you get by the first two weeks its smooth sailing for your body.

  20. this doesnt work…im 250lbs and eat only 1600 calories for 4 and a half years and still 250 i workout 3 time a week during those years(intense workouts)(im an endomorph)…..im mission impossible
