@ab539008 I didn’t do this guys thing, but yes switching to multiple meals and exercise pulls the weight off pretty quick. I do 5 meals a day and exercise 4-5 days/wk. I can loose around 6lbs a week without killing myself. When I took lots of fat burners and hit the gym twice a day I could do about 10lbs a week. You have to exercise but diet is more important.

Sorry it has been a year, since you wrote this. I took a boat from Dover to Calais which is the closest point. It is about 20 miles I think but the cycle ride was 2000 miles, I made a video diary and one of the videos is on my youtube.
