Exploring the secrets of fast permanent weight loss
One of the main things that helped me to go from 179lbs to 139lbs… over an 18 month period. Exercise / Weight training — in Episode 1: biceps, triceps, shoulder, trapezius… I used to describe myself as ‘pleasantly plump’ and I carried the weight well so no one really noticed or ever spoke to me about the link between my weight and my health. I am 5 foot 4 and my BMI was over 30… I had a wake up call one day when I went to a doctor and he was like, “hell, you need to lose some of those pounds or else you’ll regret it bigtime…” (diabetes, hypertension etc.) and something clicked for me. Actually that’s not really true LOL. I was really annoyed and I never went to that doctor again but later I began to think wouldn’t it be great if one day I could feel energetic and fit again and also avoid all the chronic illnesses that everyone (over a certain age) in my family has… That’s when I started my quest for health. I wasn’t sure it’d be possible for me but it was and it could be for you too… Give it a try.
