  1. @MetalsPlague Buddy this is indisputable (not 200g, but at least 1 gram per pound of bodyweight). Read any leading expert in health and wellness (John Berardi, Christian Thibaudeau, Charles Polilquin) about weight loss and you`ll see that all those that produce awesome results consume higher protein. Period. If you`ve heard about kidney failure and high protein consumption (to which there isn`t a correlation), read the actual study to find out about what it really means.

  10. @Tarteviant Nonono remove foods that cause inflammation for you. For some eggs are a great source of protein- for others it might cause inflammation- YOU must know whats right for you ;)

  11. Just found my new personal online trainer haha! You’re funny, and the stuff you say although I have no idea how accurate it is, seems pretty true. I start my recovery to my old weight tomorrow. Freshman 15 to me was more like freshman 35. Keep the videos coming haha

  22. This is the kind of information that needs to be spread in media, not “special K challenge” BS. I get so angry watching regular TV with commercials nonstop poisoning of minds. Why does this only have 4k views? All this information is truth this man knows much about foods and weight loss and is a hell of a chef. Why should I have to search for this information, it should be in my face in the media. I guess there is no money in it.
