My friends are getting married in less then 2 weeks and i want to look better in a dress then i do now. I already work out a lot but not toning fast enough. Does anyone know any quick diets or anything like that. It doesn’t have to be permanent, i just need it for the day of the wedding. Thanks a lot.

  1. You should start on this now.

    Breakfast – fruit only nothing else

    Lunch – Salad, no cheese or croutons or meat. Just lettuce/spinach and veggies with vinagarette dressing.

    Dinner – Anything as long as there is no cheese or meat.

    Example: Mixed berry bowl for breakfast (can be bought at your local grocery store. Lunch is a spinach salad with candied walnuts, mandrine oranges and a seasame dressing. Dinner – Pasta marinara… YUM!

    After 2 weeks you will look and feel great. And the good news is that it is totally healthy for you and no animals are harmed. Now that is a good way to start off your new life!
