  1. Oops, not sure why this cut off.

    I have run before but lost all that I gained when I injured my foot so I am starting again. I start with running for a minute and walking for two, ten times.

    The next week or fortnight depending on my lungs I increase it to running for a minute and a half and walking for a minute and a half and so on…

    I found when I was running last time I lost much more weight each week, so this is my new baby step.
