Exploring the secrets of fast permanent weight loss
I cannot tell you how many times I have heard people say that they cannot afford gym membership and do not have a home gym and therefore cannot stay fit or workout!
This is one of my pet peeves! It really makes me sad. Part of the reason for all of this is because of all the crazy fancy ads and fads shown on television and all the celebrities promoting all these fancy expensive items. It is all very overwhelming.
The truth is that the excuse that everyone has is bogus! Still, it is not your fault that you are caught up in all this. Most people have the misconception that spending a lot of money on gadgets and fancy products will put them over the edge. This is just plain wrong!
Truthfully, you do not need any of this stuff to get fit and succeed. All you need is yourself and the right mindset and motivation. With all this you can definitely succeed. One of my favorite forms of workout are bodyweight workouts.
This is a great style because as the name implies, you only need yourself. You do not need to get gym membership or anything fancy. And for those of you who think you are too tough for bodyweight workouts and that they are too easy, well first of all you are completely wrong. There are so many ways to get an intense body weight workout and so many variations. And secondly, with that attitude you will never achieve your fitness goals!
And also, before you start making any excuses or whatever check out some of these techniques…
Number one, try mixing up the repetition speed. Exercises can be performed at many different levels of repetition speed. The key is to always keep mixing up the workouts and one way to do this is to alter the speed you perform the exercises.
Secondly, try altering the repetition style. Instead of doing the exercise the typical way, try out doing one and a half reps or try altering different aspects of the workout, like for squats, how far you go down and such.
Lastly, try mixing up how you do the workouts, the stability aspect of them. Try doing the exercises on one leg and such. These tricks will really keep your body guessing and challenge the muscles.
As you can see, there are plenty of ways to create an effective workout without spending tons of money. You can easily fashion a successful bodyweight workout utilizing just pushups, squats, lunges and pullups. So don’t give up or be intimidated. Start doing some bodyweight workouts and get fit!
