    There is a slower version of this called the accelerated full body workout. It’s at a slower pace I think this is meant to get those benefits of the longer version in a shorter time. Hope that helps you out! I love all of Mari Winsors videos!

  14. My daughter went to meetings held by ‘SlimFire’, a local slimming club opened by a lowlife steriod-pumping bodybuilder scumbag since jailed for 4yrs.

    There was a constant atmosphere of intimidation & fear, with physical beatings for those failing to meet weekly targets. One woman had her arm broken in 3 places. He fixed the scales so that women he found attractive would be ‘rewarded’ with compulsory ‘private consultations’ at his home. Only after repeated rape allegations was he arrested.
