This has made people to start eating whole foods and avoid processed foods or foods that may increase fat in the body but after sometime, they have been found to resume unhealthy eating by eating anything unhealthy and is within their reach.

Success doesn’t come by accident , they take specific steps to get there. If other people take the same steps , they potentially could also reach the same pinnacles of success. You can reach your goals – never give up and keep trying ! There are at the same time various rules which make it expected that you’ll achieve your goals .
Follow these principles for success
1 – It all starts with a dream .
We live in an incredible time – centuries ago the idea of TV would have sounded like the work of evil spirits ! Incredible discoveries are made all the time and it all starts with a dream. Let yourself dream about what you really want – make notes , create drawings or look for pictures that actually help you envision your dream. Make your imagination as vivid as possible – it will become a magnet that will attract you to take action . Place pictures of your dream around your house , or words that represent your dream job write stories to help bring it to life .
2 – You have to really WANT it!
You don’t want to sit around and never create take action to achieve your outcomes ! What makes the difference is the emotion associated to them. When you think about your dream if it really drives you, or inspires you or moves you emotionally you are much more likely to take action than if you feel relatively neutral about it .
3 – Make a plan
Work out the best steps to put into action . Make a plan – if you fail to plan, you plan to fail! Find out how other people have done it and model their actions (it will speed up your success). Put time and energy into the planning stage t – you’ll be glad you did!
4 – Take Action
You might love planning and dreaming, but unless you take action, you’ll never achieve the results you want . Take action as soon as you can. Even take a small step to get the results you want – it will get you started.
5 – Enjoy the results
Make sure you celebrate your success – some people feel guilty about having the things they want – enjoy the results of your labour !
