It is very wrong statement that you cannot participate in any party due to your increasing weight. Parties are actually places of fully enjoyment and eating, drinking also. So you should not worry about some increasing pounds into your weight.

In order to attend a dinner party makes sure that your stomach is full or not. Don’t miss your lunch and try to use some healthy foods in dinner. Butter, egg like foods are rich in proteins and vitamins and these can soothe your need.

While attending parties try to concentrate on your food. This will help you in maintain your fitness as well as in judging about most eating item. Some researches shows that people that wear loose clothing usually eat more food. 


First make some policy for yourself before eating in a party. Decide yourself whether you will eat vegetables or just gave a touch to all possible foods in party. 


It is better to use proteins and vitamin rich foods. Chicken meat as well as vegetables is rich in proteins but these foods are heavy and their small amount can make you full. Try to stay away from creamy foods like sauces etc. 


If you are following on eating policy than make some other rules about drinking. As alcoholic drinks increase hunger of human so try to avoid such drinks or do not use these before eating. If you want to drink such items then try to use mixture of alcoholic and non alcoholic items or mix water with alcoholic drinks. 


Make a combination with other people if deserts are served. Try to take one or two bites of cakes, you can feel uncomfortable by using large amount as it can disturbed you at night during sleep. So try to leave party or take some dessert.

If you follow these rules, you will surely feel yourself full and light some pound than before it.
