well, i know that eating less will have the body adjust to the new calorie intake and thus, no further weight loss. So how is it possible to have permanent weight loss if eating less doesn’t work?

Please give tips and suggestions, people who have sucessfully lost weight. thanks soo much!

No, if you eat less, your body will adjust and then the next time you eat the slightest bit of more food, like an extra snack, you gain more weight than you usually would.

I tried the 1000 Calorie Challenge plan, as well as about hundreds of other diets, Atkins, Weight watchers you name it I tried it, Unlike all the other diets the 40 pounds I lost in less than 3 months, has stayed off for almost a years now because it taught me a structure, a structure to balance my eating and exercise.

  4. Regularly eating food gains with vitamins is not improving the weight loss. But later on if it is detected that weight is decreasing. One should add vitamin supplemented food with his/her meals then there after definaitely question of loss of weight does not arise.

  5. Starvation slows down your metabolism. Dieting does not always slow down metabolism. Eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day, add some protein (fish is the best, poultry is good too) to each meal to rev up your metabolism. Also, any activity raises metabolism so any activity helps lose weight; even 5 min of aerobic exercises are better than nothing.
