The more muscle tone that you have, the more fat that you will burn, so weight training is always a beneficial addition to any regimen.
It is important with these diets that you be willing to let all processed foods go. When you look at the big picture, the vast majority of weight issues arose when populations began to eat food that was primarily prepared by others. The basis of simple and easy diets is learning to eat foods that are prepared with natural and healthy ingredients, rather than those prepared with partially hydrogenated oils and that include trans fats and other unwanted additives.
