  1. @LastFridayNightxx With the right diet this workout will work great. If you do it atleast 4 times a week that is. If you want extreme results to 3 of the exercises straight. 3 exercises back to back is going to be hard, but super sets always work. Try just eating fruits, vegetables, and drinking only ice cold water. Then reply to me how much you lost in 1 week.

  2. @Smile2k8Productions With the right diet, you can lose 5 lbs a week easily. Just make sure you push yourself. I’m 175 and 5’10. I started at 184 6 days ago, just doing this exercise and eating healthy. It works trust me.

  6. ok im 15 and ive done this workout 3 times a week before and went from 145 to 125 in about a month but ive gained the weight back and now i want to know what would be a good diet to go with this workout. please help

  10. here I go again. Weight loss attempt number 5 million ;P I’m a 17 yr old chick who is 6’2 and a lil ova 200 pounds and headin off to college in just a month and a half. I’m tryna start my new life in shape (and prepare myself for marching band season)…thinkin aimin for 175/180 is a good weight for my height….I think If I really work my tail off this might actually work.

  12. 150 pushups? Damn bro I remember I had to do 250 once in 5th grade cuz I got in trouble and by the end of that I think I lost like all of the water in my body by sweating so much xD

    For everyone still trying, stop wasting your time searching youtube for advice. It’s all conflicting information anyway. Soo confusing!

    In my opinion, if you’re following anything OTHER than the “fat loss customized” program by Kyle Leon, you’re wasting your time.

  22. @Daftchild89 Lets do it, i am up .. i pack my gym bag today. i am 60lbs over weight. have gym membership for over a year and been to gym may be 4 times :( .. I guess its Time .. Lets burn those beaches uppp :@..(am talking about calories :D )

  23. As for how to lose weight fast with exercise, this is a decent video, living in south Florida, I find working in the yard raking, pulling vines and picking up pine cones is a good way to get skinny fast. Good stuff and not too crazy
