  3. You look so much better now! Great job! I mean, you were very pretty in all the older pics, but your gut was huge! You must have eaten a couple of cheesesteaks every meal and never exercised. Congrats on the complete turnaround for a healthier lifestyle.

  11. Awesome job! In the before pictures you don’t look anywhere near 195. Weird. And your current pictures, you look like you’re 135. I guess it depends on where you hold your weight. I started my weight loss in January. Was 190 and now I’m 155. Trying to get to 135. Your muscles look very toned. That is what I’m missing. What is your exercise routine?

  15. @LAURAmustLOSEWEIGHT oh…ss. You’ve done an amazing job. I think it’s most impressive that you didn’t crash diet or do some insta weight loss farce. You did it slowly, which everyone hears is the healthiest way but also so difficult to maintain.
    Could you please share how you are able to resist the temptation of fatty foods? I find working out is enjoyable and easy to maintain, but the eating healthier part is a biotch.

  16. @KattleBarron101 It’ hard, but I usually try to just make a healthy version. Like today I realllllly wanted taco bell, but made healthier tacos instead (wheat wrap, ground turkey, low sodium no added sugar salsa, fat free sour cream). Yeah, it’ not taco bell but afterwards I was full and no longer craving taco bell. I think you can turn almost any food healthier. And there are def times when I just eat some. If I really want
