  1. I am 13 and I eat 1 weetabix. Is that to little? I do want to loose weight.. I am about 169 cm tall, and i weigh something around 60 kg(133 pounds, I think). How can a girl in my age loose weight? I eat a piece of bread at school, and eat to pieces of bread after school with ketchup and melted cheese. And for dinner I just eat whatever we are having..

  7. you’re honestly amazing!!! you’re my favourite and i absolutely love you :D Im on a weight loss journey, and i drink green tea. I agree with you, it’s MAGICAL! i feel energized and refreshed and honestly it boosted my metabolism. i really like the cheat day idea. i didnt think of that, i usually just monitor my calories but sometimes if i didnt eat much, i feel like it wouldnt hurt me eating a chocolate, and now i realise its bad. CHEAT DAY FTW! you’re ideas are great! :D thank youu anna! :D

  8. How long will it take for me to get to 50kgs? I’m 56kg right now and 13 years old and I want to wear nice shirts but my muffin top is stopping me, I too am looking for a balanced lifestyle. Really, I don’t have a cheat day. I eat what I want but in small amounts. Is this good? I go on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes a day and play with my dog. No fast food or soda. I drink water only.

  10. @LujainAq Some people loss weight alot easier than others, i had the same problem. You just have to keep at it :) and no “cheating” :)

  15. @rae101216 From my knowledge, that is the ideal weight for that height. A website calculated it to be 138-141 lbs as being the ideal weight for your height.

  17. does a granola bar count as a sweet? i eat the fiber one oats&chocolate granola bars.
    i mean, it’s sweet food but it’s not technically dessert.
    so i don’t know if i should stop eating them or not?

  20. @rae101216 Your really healthy in weight. You do not have to loose weight, but if you insecure about your body you can eat healthy and train in a gym or something so you’ll be happy with your body :)

    i have proper meals every night, rarely ever have meals, and i eat quite a lot. tbh i may start the treat day thing, because I eat a lot of biscuits etc.
    tbh i don’t wanna lose weight i just want to keep my body and be healthy :)

  22. I did allthat (Well camamile tea instead of green and refused to forgo my morning cuppa!) and dropped a dress size in a month in time for my Debs YAY! Best thing is i was then able to maintain it all so I’m a comfortable slim size now :) no worries.
