While regulations have tried to curb the practice, packaged food manufactures have long had a free rein at promoting their product as being anything they say it is, whether the claims are true or not. Weekly exercise is a must for everyone, but most people actually get enough exercise… They just aren’t getting the right KIND of exercise. Doing crunches or sit-ups, or even using one of those fancy ab machines will not be effective in attaining your goal, which is to lose FAT. These types of exercises will actually make your stomach look bigger because they will develop the muscles underneath the fat, thereby making your gut look even larger.

There are exercises that are most beneficial in reducing one’s ‘girth’, but sit-ups and crunches aren’t on the list. Something called, “high intensity exercises, ” are not only proven to burn fat quickly but to keep on working even after the workout session is finished. These high-intensity exercises only last a very few minutes in duration and are geared specifically to the objective of burning FAT.

Exercise balls are another way of not only burning fat but also developing your crucial ‘core muscles’. Sitting on one of these balls, even without performing any of the countless exercise routines possible will actually work your core muscles and benefit your entire physical system. Everything is tied to the core and the ball works the core!
