Exploring the secrets of fast permanent weight loss
The way to get skinny arms fast is not as challenging to learn as you might believe. For generations Asian women have handed down ways to lose arm fat which don’t call for you to kill yourself in the gym or go without food to achieve. Today I would like to focus on how you can use our tips and tricks to get your own thin arms without suffering or going hungry!
The Way To Get Thin Arms Fast – How To Guide
Arms are a well-known problem area for most women that are trying to shed weight, they can make us look much heavier than we actually are…and even keep us from wearing tops that don’t have sleeves.
Asian women combat arm fat through many techniques, the one I’m going to describe for you today was taught to me by my own Chinese Mother as a girl and it has always worked quickly whenever I need a fast fix.
Rub Rub Rub, Break Down Unwanted Fat Permanently
This is a “hands on” process, literally, and I want you to pay close attention because this procedure can work virtually anywhere on your body.
With your opposite hand, reach across your chest and grab the loose part of your upper arm. For most women it’s our tricep area, which is the underneath area.
I want you to seriously massage the full arm, from your armpit to your elbow, with enough pressure that it nearly hurts to do. Do not do it if you have any healing cuts, bruises, or rashes, this should only be pursued when you’re at 100% health in that location.
Work that tricep area for a good five minutes, use a timer if you need to. You don’t need to be standing up to do it, I actually suggest to my clients they do it while sitting down and watching tv, because I find when their mind is off of it they’ll inadvertently go far past the five minute mark before changing arms (which happens to be good).
Handle the entire spot as if you’re making Italian pasta or pizza dough, I want you to truly get after it!
Once you’ve carried this out for at least five minutes go ahead and change arms and repeat the task entirely.
Why it Performs So Well
The connective tissue that keeps fat build up chained together is difficult to split. If you have ever seen a liposuction surgery being performed you know exactly what i mean, fat sticks to other fat like glue, to the point where it has to be almost ripped from itself.
By doing deep tissue massages to your most frustrating areas you break up a good deal of the connections, and enable fat to be assimilated back into the bloodstream to be used as energy or gotten rid of instead of being stored.
Again, this is effective throughout your body, so if your upper thighs are giving you trouble, or your tummy, practice the same approach and double the speed at which you lose fat in those areas.
