  3. Laura, which is better for weight loss? Elipticals or running? I’ve done research on it, but you obviously know what you’re doing.

  5. Remember, since you’re a female, you need to go for attractiveness and not just “healthy,” so your weight should be more towards the lower end of the recommended weight range for your height. This is if you want any chance of landing a desirable/successful man. The better you look, the more successful of a man you can attract. That’s how it works. So, keep working on shedding four more inches off your waist, and you should be good to go.

  7. Have either of these two things happened yet? 1. More guys suddenly want to be “friends” with you. 2. Attractive and thin women who were your friend(s) when you were fat aren’t your friend(s) anymore (they just stopped keeping in contact).

  8. @psx2514 absolutely for the guys. I have never had a lot of guy friends, and now I really don’t. Every guy friend I have made has had other intentions. It’s annoying as hell. Not the women though. I have a few very close friends, and they don’t care what I look like.

Soo lucky girl your gorgeous and so is your body im trying to lose 15 pounds i go to the gym 2 hours a day 5 times a week or i go swimming and i work out hard im just not seeing the results i want i think its because i eat about 600 calories a day because im not really hungry so im goin to try your diet plan thanks so much

  18. wow you look great proof that hard work pays off! I’m doing pretty much the same program except that i’m 5’2 172 pounds. How long did it take before you sarted to really see results, i mean like losing a dress size? It’s been 4 weeks and i’m not even down a dress size yet,not even looser in my clothes and only down a pound :-/ so don’t know if there’s something im doing wrong. And how long did it take in all to go from 190 to 148? i know your not a pers.trainer its just to have an idea!Thx

  21. not trying to be rude or sound rude but hen I saw your first video, the before video, and then this my jaw literally dropped. Not just because of how much weight you lost, but that going from 190 (I’m 160 right now) to 148 WOW. And you look amazing! Your legs are gorgeous too. It makes me even wantto try harder to lose weight
