  1. It took me a year after having my baby, for my body to even let me lose weight. I thought it would never happen and I would be bigger forever – but as soon as 1 year came – it all started to disappear. I know all women are different and some may lose sooner – but don’t be too hard on yourself. You just had a baby :) You are beautiful.

  3. Thanks for showing us your belly. I had my baby a week ago and I am still getting asked when my baby is due. This is my first baby and I had NO idea that my baelly would be so big after birth. (Yours belly is a lot smaller than mine BTW.

  7. Check out my channel video on Fast Weight Loss Soup that you make at home from real food. I ate this everyday and lost weight non stop. Never hungry and it cleansed my body. I felt terrific while on this and really lost the weight with no suffering. Great way to kick start weight loss or break a plateau! Love to all!

  10. Since you are breastfeeding and you have late nights, it’s okay to have a snack after 7pm, like a protein bar or a banana or something, so that you can keep up your energy and milk supply. Also, drink a bottle of water with your snack. But of course, no bad stuff like sweets or full-fat things, as you know ; P By the way, your belly is already so much smaller! You’re going to do great on your weight loss journey and I can’t wait to see more videos to come = ]

  18. The best way to loose weight is to become 100% VEGAN!! I’ve lost 65 pounds in 5 months! The weight loss is gradual so I won’t just gain it back like you do with a ‘starvation’ diet. Plus I wasn’t even working out! Seriously! Go VEGAN and your body will become slim and healthy. You will feel fantastic!! The food is SO GOOD!!
