Are you baffled by the fat that you still see in the mirror, after doing so many diets? The reason you still see fat, is that diets were developed to help you lose weight temporarily. They were not created to help you achieve weight loss that is permanent.

The diet companies prosper because they can count on you, and millions of other people like you, to seek weight loss solutions many times in your life. It would not be good for their businesses to provide solutions that bring about weight loss that is permanent.

What the diet companies do not tell you, is that you will never achieve permanent weight loss, just by going on a diet. You must exercise to achieve that. If you do not do a regular exercise routine, a permanent loss of weight will not happen.

It is much easier for you to confront going on a diet for a few weeks, than it is to commit to doing regular exercise. But these diets will continue to give you temporary weight loss.

The definition of exercise is bodily exertion. If you want to achieve a lasting loss of weight, you will have to use your body much more than you have been using it, on a permanent basis. It requires a mindset change. You must want to use your body as much as possible and seek opportunities to do so.

To do this requires that you not only change your thinking, but you change your lifestyle as well. Without this, losing weight permanently is just a whim.

You will not satisfy what I mean by regular exercise, if you do one aerobics class in a week. You will have to exert your body much more frequently than that.

You will get the most benefits from aerobic exercise, if you do it for at least 30 minutes daily. You should not do it less frequently than 5 or 6 days a week. You can do the same exercise routine every day or you can vary it, by doing different routines on different days – ie – running, brisk walking, swimming, bike riding, aerobics class etc.

You must also eat sensibly.
