I’ve lost about a good 3 dress sizes and got into a realitively better shape but I’m trying to get into tougher workouts how effective is running for weightloss?

  2. Running is one of the best workouts you can do for shredding carbs. However if you want to take it to the next level your going to have to switch it up a bit. If you keep running at the same pace over and over ur body will get used to it and reach a plateau. What you need is to challenge your muscles. This is called Muscle Confusion and it works great. Try the P90X workout program I highly recommend it. In 90 days you’ll see more than 3 dress sizes but a more healthier you. :)
