  6. Thanks so much, such a motivational video..I’m trying and failing to loose 30 pounds…I wake up every morning with a plan and at the end of the night, I end in failure. I just have a HUGE problem with sneaking food…any idea how to stop that? I mean, I hate McDonald’s and I love salad and I’m OBSESSED with fruit, it’s just certain foods that I NEED. Like oreos. :(

  9. thank you I am a worckout freak I kill my self at the gym and when I am running but I eat tun of shit so I look like a normal looking guy wich is pissing me off

  10. I’m 58kg , I wanna loose atleast 5kg. I just started a workout challenge with my friends and eating healthy and it has been pretty easy. This is exactly the reason why.
    I hope to have lost the weight by summer time

  16. i have some tips 2:

    day 1: go to macdonalds and order all the big tastys that they have.
    day 2: drink much milkshakes and eat choclate pie !
    day 3: dont go outside, just watch tv all day and play with ur dick a few times.
    day 4: go to KFC and eat all the chicken that they have.
    day 5:sleep all day and drink all the oil that u have.
    day 6: eat all butter that u have in house, and order 12 pizzas
    day 7: go to toilet and shit all of it out !

  17. My motivation: stick a picture of a celebrity on top of your bed with the body you want. Mine is Kim kardashian hahaha. Next, stay active. When you go toilet, dance on the way there. It might sounds completely idiotic but in a year you can lose a few kilos from it. Also exercise at least 30 mins a day until your whole face is wet from sweat. Also, eat in good portions. Eat what you want but not a whole bag of chips. Keep yourself full with healthy food so you don’t crave unhealthy food.

  18. Something that helps me stop myself from eating junk food, is the fraise, “Eat to live, don’t live to eat.” it got me thinking how I should start treating food as fuel for my body, and not a temporary fix for anxiety, or depression.

  25. You literaly saved my live, i started to vomit since a long time.
    I swallow all the food I can and then I have this horrible feeling of guilt! so one day I decided to vomit and i thought : This is stupid but is the best way to get thinner. I DID NOT tought abt my health, that is way more important but now that i’ve watched this video all you gave me is hope, and a reason to stop doing this! THANKS
