Im just curious a lot of people say all different things and that boxing hitting a heavy bag does help with muscle or weightloss.

  4. It helps with everything, some areas more affected than others. Boxing is a full body exercise. You are constantly moving your feet and core. When hitting the heavy bag don’t just stand and punch. Treat it like you would a person. Duck right and throw a punch. Move left and throw another. Always keep your body moving. Punches are going to strengthen the chest and shoulders, dodging will strengthen your whole core (abs, back, obliques), and moving will strengthen your legs.
